NHH Meter Operations & Data Collection (AMR)

This is the fastest growing area of our industry and business relationships and it’s easy to understand why: in the UK there are around 2.5 million NHH meters of the manual read variety.

A growing number of Energy Management Consultancies and their clients are recognising the benefits of installing smart metering (AMR) for NHH electricity, gas and water.

Because we have a dedicated Partner Channel, we can design and implement highly cost-effective AMR solutions: from supply and install of meters to the provision of accurate interval data to end customer and supplier for settlement purposes.

Smart Metering

To deliver NHH AMR metering, we deploy our dedicated team of field technicians. Workload is controlled by an automated allocation system, which contains all details of every job and technician. Accurate schedules for each technician, to meet Partner and end customer requirements, are created, managed and reported, with all allocations, jobs and progress monitored from a central point of control. Predictive technologies address all equipment requirements and availability issues, backed up by mobile communications.

Onsite, metering is installed to MOCOPA standards, with a remote proving test and configuration check provided. Data retrieval can then be daily, weekly or monthly and can be register read only or full profile data.
